Online fantasy football with new betting technique for 188Bet
The Isle of Man-based sportsbetting site 188Bet has followed the Coral group in implementing FSB Technology’s new way of betting on football in the UK. FSB’s software allows customers to bet on the performances of individual players rather than just on the outcomes of a match.
The new betting technique combines a fantasy league element with fixed-odds betting, said the chief executive of FSB, Dave McDowell, adding that his company is creating new ways for fans to bet.
Using the FSB package, 188Bet punters will be able to rate football players based on a number of factors, including assists, passes and goals, and customers will be able to bet on the best performing players on any given day.
